The majority of my projects always end up being food related. But I ain't mad at it.
Last week, I quickly whipped up this menu for a special dinner hosted by Don Julio and Chef Santiago Gomez. They wanted something simple but rustic.
The dinner was created for the top mixologists of Miami, hence the name, farm to shaker. The menu had plates inspired by Don Julio Tequila and were developed by Chef Santiago Gomez (Executive Chef of Cantina La Veinte).
