Hi! I’m Belén. I’d like to help you grow the LATAM Podcast division.
I’ve worked in original content production my whole career. It’s my passion.

Karisma Resorts & VIACOM Partnerships,. Marketing Manager (2015)
In 2015, I managed the execution of a large and complex licensing agreement for the marketing of the new Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort in Punta Cana.
In addition to the Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort, I managed the smaller licensing agreements with Karisma and VIACOM, which included The Nickelodeon Experience, entertainment programming in its existing Karisma Hotels & Resorts.
The Nickelodeon project was going great, but an administrative mistake with my H1B work visa put me in quite a pickle* and I had to leave the country and work as a freelancer for three years until everything was resolved.
Most of my clients were in travel and gastronomy, I would produce recipe videos for them - sometimes 30 recipe videos per month. I traveled a lot and I also ate a lot during those years.
*I am now a permanent resident and don’t need work sponsorship.
For three years, I worked for LATAM Airlines Group (formerly LAN Airlines and TAM Airlines) in their USA office’s Marketing Department.
I launched their social media presence in their US, which included the hashtag and influencer campaign #OnlyInSouthAmerica - which put the brand on the map in the North American market, won the brand many awards, and increased share of voice by 400% in a year.
I managed the relationships with the Tourism Boards, which meant extremely complex negotiations involving several stakeholders at a time, and contract revisions. I ensured all of the items were executed on the LOAs and contracts.
I also managed the relationship with influencers, and led the licensing of their content to feature in our display ads.
