Yoshitomo

In October 2020, my design proposal for Pubbelly’s first in-house beer was selected, and my baby, Yoshitomo, was born.

I came up with the name and designed the beer label, which was put to the test and selected by @pubbellyglobal's Instagram followers.

The label combines the colors and vibe of Miami with Japanese graphic design, a nod to Pubbelly Sushi's menu, which combines the best of Japanese cuisine with Latin and American flavors.

Yoshitomo is Made in Miami and exclusive to Pubbelly Sushi.

Tasting notes: medium body, balanced, crisp pineapple, lush mango, ripe citrus, and fresh lemongrass. It pairs perfectly with all your Pubbelly Sushi favorites. Brewed by Focal Brewery in Miami.
